The Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center and Laurie House is surrounded by 370 acres of peaceful lakeside woodlands just minutes from historic Princeton, New Jersey. We offer a welcoming setting for meetings, weddings, special events, dining and leisure getaways. Chauncey features spacious guest rooms with patios or decks, a conference center, special event space, indoor saltwater pool, a light-filled fitness center, dining room, and lobby bar. Tucked away close by is our historic Laurie House, a former hunt club that welcomes guests to enjoy the intimate atmosphere of a small inn. The Laurie House has inviting rooms for special occasions and seven elegant bed and breakfast-style accommodations.
As our guests arrive along a winding, tree-lined drive, they discover a quiet retreat from Central New Jersey’s busy pace. Yet Chauncey is conveniently located midway between New York City and Philadelphia and a short drive to the Princeton University, Rider University, The College of New Jersey, cultural attractions and shopping.

The Hotel Helipad is available to guests upon request. It is located outside on the ground level—a short walk from the main building.
